About me

I empathize with your pain and frustration. All you want is to provide your beloved pet with peace and simple joy, like savoring a meal without discomfort or an upset tummy. I've personally experienced a similar journey myself.
Willy, my beloved soul mate, was a male Labrador Retriever who had an insatiable love for food. However, at the age of 13, he started experiencing a troublesome nasal discharge that eventually turned bloody. Concerned for his well-being, I took him to a specialist who conducted a series of diagnostic procedures including a CT scan, rhinoscopy (an endoscopic examination of the nasal passages), and a nasal procedure performed under anesthesia. The specialist assured me that Willy's prognosis was favorable, giving me hope for his recovery. The following day, he grew incredibly lethargic, showing no interest in food. His breathing became labored, and in light of these concerning symptoms, I brought him to the hospital where I was employed. There, we conducted a series of diagnostic tests, ultimately revealing a severe case of aspiration pneumonia. It took nearly a week for him to recuperate. Slowly, he began to regain his appetite. However, his nasal discharge worsened. The specialist suggested a second procedure, but I declined. Instead, he was prescribed numerous medications. The doctor candidly admitted that these medications might not be effective, but they were the only available options at the time. I paid $800 per month for those medications and had them shipped from Canada due to the double price in the U.S. However, after 6 months, they proved to be ineffective in helping him. Having spent more than a decade in conventional veterinary medicine, I have come to recognize the significance of standard practices, while acknowledging their limitations. I remember spending countless hours researching and consulting other veterinary professionals, searching for an alternative way to help my dog, Willy. It was then that I stumbled upon an article about a dog with similar symptoms who had been treated with homeopathic medicine. Willy's condition had gotten to a point where he was discharging a lot from his nose, sometimes even blood. Some days, it stopped quickly, while on others, it lingered. The clotting made it difficult for him to breathe, and it was heart-wrenching. Thoughts of euthanasia crossed my mind more than once. But then, there would be moments when his nose cleared, and he'd come to me, eager for food. He adored eating, and it was as if these were the most precious moments of his life. I just couldn't take that away from him. So, I made the decision to stop all the prescribed medications and begin homeopathic treatment, not with the expectation of a cure, but to alleviate his discomfort. Although I knew it wouldn't eliminate the fungal infection, I hoped it would enhance his quality of life. The impact of the homeopathic treatment was remarkable. His nasal discharge reduced significantly, and he could relish his food for longer stretches. Once off the prescription drugs, his gastrointestinal issues also settled down. We had another year together. But even today, I can't help but wish I had discovered this alternative treatment sooner, and understood better the needs of senior dogs. Over the past decade, I've taken numerous courses to learn more about preventing illnesses and recovery in dogs. Willy's journey taught me invaluable lessons. I still hold on to the hope that I could have done more for him. It's this sentiment that inspired me to start this business—to offer other pet owners, who may be going through the same frustration, more options for their beloved companions. Credentials
